Please read these terms carefully before using the Marocraft website or placing an order for our natural Moroccan products.

1. Seller Identity
This site is operated by Marocraft LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA, with a registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Our products are sourced and packed in Morocco, in Marrakech. For any order or legal enquiry, write to contact@marocraft.com or call +212 665 448 540, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 19:00.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
3. Products
We sell natural Moroccan cosmetics and skincare sourced from Moroccan cooperatives and workshops. Product photography is representative: because the ingredients are natural, slight differences in colour, scent and texture can occur from one batch to the next, and these are not defects. Our descriptions are cosmetic; we make no medical or therapeutic claims.
4. Ordering & Payment
Every order is confirmed by an email receipt. In Morocco you pay cash on delivery. For international orders we accept Amazon Pay and bank transfer via Wise or Mercury, and the secure Wise payment link sent with each order also accepts card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal is not offered. Payments are handled by these providers; Marocraft never sees or stores your card number. Prices are shown in the currency of your region, detected automatically, and may change without notice — the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you confirm it.
5. Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the local authorities on arrival. These charges are not included in the order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1 day of being placed, and delivery then takes 3 to 10 days. This applies to Morocco and to international orders alike. We ship worldwide with our shipping partners, and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves us. Shipping is free in Morocco on orders over 199 MAD, and free internationally on orders over 1200 MAD or the equivalent in the currency displayed. Full details on /shipping.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have 7 days from the day your product arrives to request a return or exchange. The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. If you simply changed your mind, you pay the return shipping; if the item arrived damaged or is not the one you ordered, Marocraft covers all shipping costs and sends a replacement or issues a full refund. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marocraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted with a banner on the storefront.
