This site is operated by Marocraft LLC, a company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. Our products are sourced from authentic cooperatives and artisan workshops across Morocco, carefully inspected and packed by hand in our workshop in Morocco, and shipped directly to customers in the United States and worldwide.

By using this website and placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We sell natural Moroccan skincare, bath products, and authentic handcrafted artisanal accessories sourced from Moroccan cooperatives and master workshops. Product photography is representative: because our items are natural and hand-crafted, subtle differences in colour, grain, texture, and finish occur naturally from one artisan piece or harvest to the next, and these are hallmarks of genuine authenticity rather than defects.

Our product descriptions are cosmetic and artisanal; we make no medical, therapeutic, or health claims.

Every order is confirmed by an email receipt. You can pay with:

• Bank transfer through a secure Wise payment link (international orders).

Payments are securely processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (including Stripe, Authorize.Net, Tazapay, and card brand networks). Marocraft never sees or stores your full card number. Credit or debit card transactions will appear on your cardholder billing statement under the descriptor MAROCRAFT or MAROCRAFT LLC. Prices are shown in the currency of your region, detected automatically, and may change without notice — the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you confirm it.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the local authorities on arrival. These charges are not included in the order total and are the recipient’s responsibility.

The dispatch time and the delivery time for your country are shown on the product page, on our Shipping page and at checkout, before you pay. We ship worldwide with our shipping partners, and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves us.

You have 7 days from the day your product arrives to request a return or exchange. The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

If you simply changed your mind, you pay the return shipping; if the item arrived damaged or is not the one you ordered, Marocraft covers all shipping costs and sends a replacement or issues a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection. Full policy on /returns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marocraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted with a banner on the storefront.
