You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or an exchange, as long as the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. To start, email contact@marocraft.com or use the contact page.

7-day window
The window starts on the day the product is delivered to you. Send your return or exchange request within those 7 days. Requests made after the window closes cannot be accepted.
Condition of the item
Because these are cosmetics and personal care products, we can only take an item back if it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Change of mind
If you simply change your mind, you can still return or exchange the item within the same window, but you pay the return shipping. For an exchange, any price difference is settled either way.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover all shipping costs. You choose between a replacement and a full refund. Send photos of the product and the packaging so we can act on it straight away.
How to start a return
Email contact@marocraft.com or use the contact page with your order number, the reason for the return and photos where relevant. We reply with the return steps and the address to ship to. Please do not send anything back before you receive those instructions.
How refunds are issued
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, the refund goes back to the payment method you used for the order. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
