Free delivery within Morocco on orders over 199 MAD, and on international orders over 1200 MAD (or the equivalent in the currency shown).

Where we ship
We ship from Morocco to destinations worldwide through our shipping partners. The delivery window is the same whether your address is Moroccan or international.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free within Morocco on orders over 199 MAD. For international orders, shipping is free over 1200 MAD, or the equivalent in the currency shown at checkout.
Packaging
Every item is packed carefully before it ships, to protect it from breakage and leaks in transit. If a product reaches you damaged or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping.
Customs duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local authorities on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
