1. Prepare — Wash your hands and gently dust the kohl wand. 2. Dip — Insert the wand into the powder and twist twice to coat it. 3. Apply to waterline — Look slightly up and glide along the inner waterline from inner corner to outer. 4. Repeat & store — Repeat on the upper lash line if desired. Close the container tightly after use.
