1. Seller Identity

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and placing an order you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Products
Product photography is representative. Because items are handcrafted from natural materials, slight variations in colour, finish, and grain are part of the character of each piece and do not constitute a defect.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed by an email receipt. Accepted payment methods: in Morocco, cash on delivery; for international orders, online payments via Amazon Pay, and bank transfer via Wise or Mercury — the secure Wise payment link we send with each order also lets you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. PayPal is not offered. Payments are processed by dedicated providers; Marocraft never sees or stores your card number. Prices are displayed in your regional currency, automatically detected from your location, and may change without notice — but the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the moment you confirm it.
5. Taxes & Duties
International customers may be liable for customs duties or import taxes assessed by their local authorities on arrival. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Shipping
Marocraft ships worldwide from Morocco. Within Morocco (via Tawssil): 24–48 hours, excluding national and religious holidays; no same-day delivery. Internationally: standard shipping via Amana takes 10–28 days, and express shipping via FedEx takes 5–7 days maximum. Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched. Full details on /shipping.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arriving, provided items are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Full policy on /returns. Damaged or incorrect items: Marocraft covers all replacement and return-shipping costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marocraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted with a banner on the storefront.
