What payment methods do you accept?+

In Morocco: cash on delivery. For international orders: online payments via Amazon Pay; we also accept bank transfer via Wise or Mercury, and the secure Wise payment link sent with each order lets you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Marocraft never sees or stores your card number. We do not offer PayPal.

How long does delivery take?+

Within Morocco (via Tawssil): 24 to 48 hours, excluding national and religious holidays; we do not offer same-day delivery. Internationally: standard shipping via Amana takes 10 to 28 days, and express shipping via FedEx takes 5 to 7 days maximum. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?+

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes assessed by your local authorities on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

What is the return policy?+

You have 7 days from the date your product arrives to request a return or exchange, provided the item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Full policy on /returns.

How do I track my order?+

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also enter your order number and phone on /track to see the current status.

Are products guaranteed?+

Yes. Every piece goes through a quality check before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, Marocraft covers all replacement or refund costs.
